Idol Sends Home Who?

Are you serious? How is it that Brooke White survived another elimination? And not just that, she wasn’t even in the bottom two? Crazy.

I, along with probably hundreds of other people, have a theory about this. People must have felt sorry for the poor, G-rated, nanny. Oh that poor poor girl. She forgot the words to the song. Forget eliminating her. We must keep her so she doesn’t go off into la-la land, crazed that she forgot the words on her big opportunity to win American Idol.

Now I know that Carly Smithson wasn’t going to survive on the show much longer. Hell, she probably would have been eliminated next week. But this week? Sure she looked a little like Mama Cass in that outfit. But she didn’t forget the words!

And the fact that Syesha was in the bottom two after her season best performance last night has me questioning the voters.

At the end of the day I guess I really don’t care. As long as it comes down to a David vs. David Finale I’ll assume everything is right in the world of American Idol.
