New Fox Reality Show - Secret Millionaire

Whew, I survived Vegas…barely. Now for new reality show info.

Fox has just ordered a new reality series called Secret Millionaire. The who will follow wealthy Americans as they leave their wealth behind and attempt to survive in impoverished neighborhoods.

Fox has announced its ordered Secret Millionaire, the working title of a new reality series that will follow wealthy Americans as they leave their lavish lifestyles to learn what it’s like to try and survive in some of the country’s most impoverished neighborhoods.

The millionaires will be undercover for one week as they live in poverty-stricken communities. At the end of the week the millionaires reveal themselves to the poor people they’ve been living with and give at least $100,000 (of their own money) to the people they have met.

I’m not sure about the whole angel of this show. On the outside it sounds like it could be a heart-warming show along the lines of Extreme Makeover. But then again, it is on Fox. I’m sure it will drive some pretty good ratings for its first episode.

The show is an adaption of the UK show, The Secret Millionaire.
