Congrats to Bernie on winning the $100,000 and an even bigger congrats to Ali for winning the $250,000 grand prize and becoming the first woman to win the Biggest Loser.
It never ceases to amaze me at the transformation these people go through on this show.

I need to add Twitter to this site for short posts like these, but I'm watching the Biggest Loser right now and wow. The changes nearly all of the cast have made is amazing. Bernie looked like a whole new person.
